We are building a science-backed, next-generation D2C health and wellness house of brands designed for the US market. Backed by long-term capital and an ambitious vision, our first flagship brand focuses on women’s health—setting a new benchmark for credibility, emotional resonance, and category leadership.
To scale this vision, we are looking for a Creative & Content Lead to serve as the chief architect of our storytelling engine across customer acquisition and lifecycle retention.

The Mission
This role sits directly at the high-impact intersection of consumer psychology, performance marketing, brand aesthetics, and lifecycle strategy. You will own the narrative across every customer touchpoint—from scroll-stopping ad hooks on Meta and TikTok to high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and retention flows.
You are someone who thrives at the 30,000-foot strategic level (mapping annual creative roadmaps)



while obsessing over the details (fine-tuning an ad hook, tightening PDP copy, or perfecting an email subject line).

What You Will Own
Performance Creative Engine: Direct the end-to-end creative pipeline across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Develop systematic frameworks for testing hooks, angles, formats, UGC, and creator-led ads to scale CTR, thumbstop rates, and CAC efficiency.
Retention & Lifecycle Storytelling: Own full-funnel email and SMS communication (welcome series, winback, subscription journeys, product education) to drive repeat purchase rates and LTV.
Conversion Funnels & Landing Pages: Partner with Growth on CRO, designing high-converting advertorials, quiz funnels, and PDPs that translate scientific formulations into transparent, emotionally compelling copy.
Brand Voice & Creative Operations: Establish a premium, credible, and authentic voice for the US consumer while building workflows, briefing standards, and manag
