A Day in the Life
The Research and Development (R&D;) organization develops and supports software, systems, and processes that enable product innovation and lifecycle management. This role supports the administration, configuration, optimization, and integration of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms that drive requirements management, traceability, compliance, and collaboration across engineering functions in regulated product development environments.
This position is based in Hyderabad, India and follows a Flex work arrangement. No travel is required.
As a Senior Enterprise Software Engineer,



you will serve as a technical expert for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms, supporting the administration, configuration, optimization, and integration of Codebeamer to enable compliant and productive product development processes. The role partners with engineering, quality, regulatory, and information technology teams to enhance traceability, reporting, workflows, and system integrations that support product lifecycle activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize the Codebeamer platform to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and availability.
Configure and support ALM workflows, user permissions, roles, and process customizations to meet business and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain traceability, reporting, and data management solutions that support engineering and quality processes.
