Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for OS&E; solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals with hospitality clients.



The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, and brand representatives, understanding their opening and operational needs, and translating these into tailored solutions. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations, and teams to ensure sales commitments are aligned with delivery capabilities and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring pipeline and performance metrics, conducting market research, attending client meetings and industry events, and preparing regular sales reports for leadership.
