Truzon Solar is building an in-house digital marketing team - no agencies and no outsourcing of core performance marketing functions.

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can personally own paid media across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and YouTube, optimise campaigns continuously, build the complete lead-to-CRM funnel and generate not just leads, but qualified commercial and industrial solar prospects who are actually in a buying cycle.

You’ll work directly with the Head - Brand & Marketing and collaborate closely with the content and creative team.

The Role
You will own every rupee of Truzon Solar’s paid media budget across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Your responsibility goes beyond CPL or lead volume. You will own the quality of leads entering the business, the campaign-to-landing-page experience, CRM integration, attribution, WhatsApp automation and performance optimisation across the complete funnel.
The objective is straightforward: generate qualified pipeline and measurable business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management
▪ Own and manage paid media accounts end-to-end across Meta Business Manager, Google Ads — Search, Display and YouTube — and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
▪ Design, launch and continuously optimise lead-generation campaigns targeting commercial and industrial decision-makers across India
▪ Build and manage Meta campaigns across Face
