AISECT India is looking for an experienced Java Trainer to deliver skill development training to college students across Chennai.

Position: Java Trainer
Location: Chennai (in office at partner colleges, travel within Chennai required)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the teaching / training field
Roles and Responsibilities
• Travel to partner colleges in and around Chennai and deliver Java training to students
• Conduct classroom and lab sessions on Core Java, OOP concepts and Java Full Stack technologies
• Prepare lesson plans, coding exercises,
assignments and practical projects
• Assess student performance through assignments, projects and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor students and prepare them to become job-ready and placement-ready
• Update training content in line with current industry practices, tools and frameworks
• Coordinate with college academic coordinators to align the training with institutional requirements
• Maintain attendance and training records, and submit periodic progress reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer, faculty member or technical instructor
• Strong command of Core Java, OOP concepts, and familiarity with Java frameworks and tools
• Ability to explain complex programming concepts clearly through examples, demos and hands-on practice
• Experience in designing curricula and preparing training material
• Comfortable using coding IDEs, LMS platform
