Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets and monitor key metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT).
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
* Lead and train the team; manage rosters, briefings, and performance.
* Oversee store operations, VM standards, and billing accuracy.
* Manage stock, replenishment, audits, and minimize shrinkage.
* Ensure SOP compliance, cash handling, and audit readiness.
* Verify DSR, billing accuracy, discounts, and payment reconciliation.
