Role Description The Senior Field Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for providing advanced technical support for analytical instruments like HPLC ,Balance, at customer locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining equipment, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.



The role involves working directly with customers to understand their needs, deliver timely service, provide user training, and document all service activities clearly and accurately. The Senior Field Support Engineer collaborates with internal teams to escalate critical issues, supports application specialists where needed, and contributes to continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
