About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise restaurant accounts across assigned cities. This is a field-focused role where you'll spend the majority of your time meeting restaurant owners, founders, operations heads, and key decision-makers.




You will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative selling to negotiations and deal closure—while acting as a trusted advisor to restaurant businesses looking to accelerate their digital transformation.
What You'll Do
· Identify, prospect, and acquire enterprise restaurant chains, QSRs, cafés, cloud kitchens, and multi-outlet brands.
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
· Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations with key stakeholders.
· Understand customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions using the uEngage product ecosystem.
· Present and sell the complete uEngage suite, including Online Ordering, CRM, Loyalty, Marketing Automation, Delivery Management, and Customer Engagement solutions.
· Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners and leadership teams.
