The enterprise develops, operates or commercialises advertising displays across physical environments. Its business combines site rights, permits, structures, electricity, digital systems, content scheduling, audience claims, sales contracts and maintenance. Assets are visible to the public and can affect structural, electrical, traffic and community safety.
The company belongs to a large unlisted corporate house and is strengthening independent governance for its next phase. Revenue can be overstated when unavailable sites, content restrictions, bonus inventory, agency rebates or campaign under-delivery are not reflected. Asset rights can also become fragile if permits, landlord authority, structural fitness or renewal assumptions are incomplete. The Board seeks an Independent Director who will insist on lawful, safe and verifiable media inventory.

Board assignment

The appointee will oversee the integrity of site rights, permitting, structural and electrical safety, digital-display security, campaign delivery, audience measurement, agency economics,



public content controls, procurement and related parties. Independent challenge is particularly key where revenue pressure might encourage continued use of a non-compliant site or acceptance of content outside agreed policy.

Seven priority workstreams

Site-right and permit integrity. Create a single evidence chain for ownership or concession rights, landlord authority, permits, renewal, fees, operating restrictions and expiry. Revenue forecasts should distinguish secure inventory from sites dependent on unresolved approval.
Public and worker safety. Govern structural assessment, wind and weather limits, electrical systems, fire controls, access, work at height, installation, maintenance and emergency isolation. A display must be capable of rapid removal or shutdown when unsafe.
