About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to support our architecture and interior design projects. The candidate will be involved in Customer Onboarding and designing, 2D drafting, 3D modelling, working drawings,



material selection and basic site coordination under the guidance of senior designers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development
Handle customer enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online channels.
Understand client requirements and present customized interior solutions.
Conduct client meetings at the studio or project site to build trust and explain design concepts.
Prepare and present initial layout designs and mood boards during sales meetings.
Maintain a follow-up tracker to convert leads into confirmed projects.
Achieve monthly/quarterly onboarding targets and contribute to studio revenue.

Design Development & Planning
Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
Lead design development and space planning for interior projects.
Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures aligned with design goals.
