Role Description
We are looking for a Merchandising Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our brand accounts and lead our merchandising team.
Toram currently runs three active brand accounts, each managed by a senior merchandiser. This role exists to sit above that team — to see across all three accounts simultaneously,



hold the merchandisers accountable to TNA and quality standards, own buyer communication at the execution level, and ensure that nothing falls through the gap between an order landing and a shipment going out.
Our Managing Director owns the strategic buyer relationship — current orders, quarterly reviews, and account-level commercial decisions. You own everything in between. The daily and weekly execution rhythm that determines whether buyers stay, grow, and reorder is your accountability.

Experience
● 8–12 years in garment or knitwear merchandising, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role managing a team and multiple accounts simultaneously.
● Direct experience with domestic retail brand accounts — Westside, Zudio, Max, Myntra, Clovia, Da
