Role: Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition
? Location: Mumbai – Onsite
? Experience: 3–5 years
? Work Model: 5 days WFO + 2 Saturdays WFH
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners only
? In-hand Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on last drawn salary and relevant experience

What we’re looking for:
• Strong core recruitment experience — no HR generalist profiles
• Hands-on experience in bulk / high-volume hiring
• Proven track record of achieving minimum 20 closures per month
• Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, databases and social channels
• Experience managing multiple mandates,



strict TATs and pressure hiring
• Robust stakeholder coordination and offer management skills
• Background in Staffing, RPO, BPO/KPO or high-volume non-IT hiring preferred

? Important: We are looking for candidates currently based in Mumbai or nearby locations who can join immediately. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
You’ll be hiring for roles such as Centre Managers, Placement Managers, Sales and other business-critical positions.
