Role Description The Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including handling invoices, recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The Accounts Executive will assist with GST and tax documentation, support periodic financial reporting,



and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on payment and billing matters. Responsibilities also include monitoring accounts receivable and payable, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting audits as required. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with the finance team and management to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, and familiarity with basic financial statements.
