Amber is a premium beauty and wellness brand focused on delivering exceptional spa and personal-care experiences. We are looking for an energetic, commercially driven and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead our Nungambakkam branch.
This is not just an operations role. The Spa Manager will be responsible for sales growth, customer retention, team performance, service quality and overall branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Own the daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets of the branch.
Drive spa service sales, packages, memberships, upgrades and repeat visits.
Increase average bill value through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor daily sales performance and immediately act on gaps.
Develop local sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase footfall.
Convert enquiries, walk-ins and existing customers into paying and repeat customers.
Build a strong database of customers and drive systematic follow-ups.
2. Customer Experience
Ensure every customer receives a premium Amber experience from arrival to departure.




Personally handle important customers and service recovery situations.
Track customer feedback, complaints, reviews and satisfaction.
Build solid relationships with regular and high-value customers.
Drive repeat visits and customer retention.
3. Team Management
Lead, motivate and manage therapists, reception/front-office staff and other branch employees.
Set clear individual sales and performance targets.
Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
Monitor staff productivity, attendance, grooming and discipline.
Train the team on service standards, customer handling and sales techniques.
Recognise high performers and take corrective action when required.
Build a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture.
4. Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the spa.
Maintain Amber's service, hygiene, grooming and operational standards.
