Role Description The Customer Relations Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram, responsible for managing customer interactions across online and offline channels. In this role, the individual responds to inquiries about products, orders,



and custom solutions, ensuring clear, helpful communication and timely resolution of issues. Day-to-day tasks include guiding customers through product selections, handling complaints and feedback, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves building long-term relationships, encouraging repeat purchases, and supporting customers in creating bespoke packaging and stationery solutions that match their needs. The Customer Relations Expert is expected to uphold Zuboc’s brand values, contribute to a positive in-store and online experience, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
