About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive who is comfortable working across paid advertising, social media designing, content, and SEO.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can work independently on Meta Ads and Google Ads, create qualified social media creatives using Canva, and contribute to our ongoing SEO activities.
The ideal candidate should be both analytical and creative — someone who can look at campaign data and optimize performance,



while also understanding how to create engaging content and designs for social media.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performace Marketing- Meta and Google ads

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Set up campaigns based on objectives such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.
Work on audience targeting, campaign structures, budgets, creatives, and A/B testing.
Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, CPL, ROAS, ROI, and lead quality.
Optimize campaigns and budgets to improve overall performance.
Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with changes, trends, and best practices across advertising platforms.

2. Social Media Designing- Advanced Canva Skills
