Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the property search, purchase, and post-sale phases. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, coordinating site visits, handling queries, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up.



The role also involves working closely with the sales and operations teams to address client issues, support contract finalization, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention. The Client Relationship Manager will track client interactions, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates and feedback to management on client needs and market trends.
