Job Title: Trainee International Business Development Executive (Pharma – Global Markets)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (US / Overseas Business Hours)
Target Profile: Freshers / Recent Graduates (MBA / BBA / PGDM in International Business or Marketing) with a basic Pharma or Biotechnology background.

Role Overview
We are seeking articulate, energetic graduates or post graduates with exceptional English communication skills to join our international business development desk. This role involves direct, voice-led B2B outreach to overseas procurement heads, supply chain managers, and scientists across international pharmaceutical markets during their standard business hours.

Primary Selection Criteria
Exceptional Spoken & Written English: Impeccable verbal clarity, active listening, professional telephone manner, and native/near-native conversational fluency. Must be comfortable engaging directly with international clients via cold calls and scheduled conference calls.
Business Correspondence: Ability to draft clear, error-free,



persuasive emails, technical RFQ responses, and commercial proposals. (we will give you enough training for making the same)
Shift Commitment: 100% readiness and availability for dedicated, permanent night-shift operations at least for next 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
Voice-Led Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective international B2B clients, introducing our pharmaceutical product portfolio and establishing initial business rapport.
Requirement Mapping: Understand client specifications across Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs), Clinical Studies and specialized formulations.
Inquiry & Quote Management: Promptly reply to inquiries, coordinate with sourcing and technical teams, and follow up systematically to close deals.
Account Nurturing: Maintain regular touchpoints with global accounts to generate repeat orders and expand client share of wallet.
