We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Wealth & Premier Solutions Retail Delivery Head.

The Prospect

The Wealth & Premier Solutions Retail Delivery Head is a senior engineering leadership role responsible for spearheading the end-to-end software engineering delivery across the Retail Banking portfolio within the International Wealth and Premier Banking, Wealth & Premier Solutions department. This role demands a high-calibre engineering leader who combines deep hands-on technical expertise, a proven enterprise delivery track record,



and a forward-looking vision to drive the departmental AI transformation.

The role holder provides strategic technical direction while actively driving hands-on engineering execution—leading from the front to architect, build, and operate highly scalable, resilient, and secure retail banking platforms. In addition to meeting critical business delivery milestones and optimizing Run-the-Bank (RTB) efficiency, the Delivery Head champions the adoption of AI-augmented engineering practices (AI SDLC, generative AI coding assistants, and agentic workflows) across the organization, accelerating delivery velocity, engineering craftsmanship, and continuous innovation.
