As the Team Leader Collections, you will play a vital role in driving the
performance and efficiency of the Collections team. Your primary responsibility
will be to lead and motivate a team of Collection Executives, ensuring they
adhere to company policies and procedures. You will be a key driver of the
team's success, implementing strategies to enhance collection efforts and
achieve targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage the Collection Executives team, providing guidance and
support.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to
collections.
* Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and
coaching.
* Implement and oversee collection strategies, ensuring efficient and effective
processes.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collection issues and
escalate when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collection activities.
* Analyze collection data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for
improvement.




* Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within collections or a
similar field.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
motivate and inspire.
