We are seeking a Lead Sales Representative to join Nike India at Mumbai Location. In this role, you will report into the Director, Sales - India and will work closely with several cross functional teams within Nike such as operations, planning, marketing, merchandising and finance to ensure smooth business continuity.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Lead Sales Representative with a high degree of curiosity, learning agility and excellent Partner Management skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with Customers, Partners and internal cross-functional teams. We will work together to build the Team Sales and Corporate Sales business for Nike in the Indian marketplace, to support and drive business growth, consumer focus, strategy development and managing relationships with key partners. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities and develop long-term partnerships with Sports Federations, Academies and Clubs as with Corporates, and display solid customer service skills.




Minimum 12-15 years of field sales management experience that includes Partner Management, Business Development experience with Sports Federations, Academies, Clubs and Corporate Sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or graduate education in the relevant or a related field.
Ability to understand and analyse the Corporate business landscape in the country, identify potential opportunities to grow the business and execute the growth plans in a strategic manner.
Has good understanding of the grass-root sports scenario in India and can identify and grow the business across Federations, Academies, Clubs and grass-roots.
Ability and vision to provide 360-degree business solutions given the dynamic business scenario.
Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.
Ability to analyse retail data and translate results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.
