We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Assistant Vice
President - Technology- Kafka Platform Admin. In this role, you will play a
crucial part in shaping and executing our data management strategies, leveraging
your expertise in big data and cloud technologies. Your primary focus will be on
leading and managing the global real-time in-platform administration, ensuring
optimal data governance, performance, and migration processes. You will work
closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive data-driven
initiatives and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage the global real-time in-platform administration, ensuring
efficient and secure data management practices.
* Oversee data migrations, governance, and performance optimization, utilizing
your expertise in big data platforms and cloud services.
* Drive data-driven innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge
technologies and strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on
data-related projects and ensure successful delivery.




* Mentor and guide a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of
continuous learning and improvement.
* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in big data and cloud
technologies, and incorporate them into our strategies.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the
integrity and confidentiality of our data.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing
regular updates and insights on data management initiatives.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team
members, promoting a high-performance culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong technical expertise in big data platforms such as Cloudera/Hadoop,
Spark, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Proficiency in data management tools and programming languages, including
Python, SQL, Kafka, and Airflow.
