As a Senior Product QA, you will take ownership of product quality across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements refinement through release readiness. You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and leadership to identify risks, strengthen acceptance criteria, and ensure features reflect real user needs. The role combines hands-on functional testing with data-informed quality strategies and exploratory approaches. You will also play a key role in validating AI-powered features, assessing the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of model-driven outputs and decisions. Working within an AI-native engineering environment, you will use AI-assisted tools to expand test coverage, analyze defects, and improve testing efficiency. Accountabilities
Own end-to-end product quality for features, from requirements review and test planning through release readiness.
Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine acceptance criteria, challenge assumptions, identify edge cases, and surface quality risks early.
Design and execute tests around real user journeys, ensuring product behavior meets both functional requirements and user expectations.
Define, maintain, and evolve test plans, test cases, quality benchmarks, and coverage strategies as the product develops.
Use product analytics, user feedback, support data, logs, and defect trends to prioritize testing and focus on high-risk areas.
Identify recurring defect patterns and user-reported issues to drive systemic improvements in product quality.
