- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Informix & Red Brick.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with database management and performance tuning.
- Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of failures.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
