Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The role requires a proactive and well-organised skilled who can manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, HR administration, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate should be approachable, detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with creative and technical professionals in an architecture and design environment.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage end-to-end recruitment for architects, interior designers, landscape architects, BIM professionals, technical staff, administrative roles, and interns.
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and confidential information.
Manage attendance, leave records, holidays, and updates.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory documentation.
Assist with employee confirmations, performance reviews, appraisals, and training initiatives.
Support employee engagement activities, office events, and internal HR initiatives.
Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, headcount, attrition, and manpower requirements.
Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
