Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated candidates to join our team as a Management Trainee – Marketing. The candidate will support the marketing team in research, lead management, CRM updates, and other marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
Prepare and update customer and prospect databases.
Collect company and contact information through online research.
Update and maintain lead details in the CRM.
Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities.
Support the team in managing enquiries and leads from events and campaigns.
Prepare basic reports and maintain marketing data.
Research competitors and market trends.
Support the Sales and Marketing teams in daily activities.
Learn and use CRM and other marketing tools.




Participate in training and team activities.
Suggest ideas to improve marketing processes.

Requirements
Education:
Graduation (B.B.A, B.Com)

Required Skills:
Freshers are welcome.
Students from the marketing discipline are preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good research and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn.
Good team-player with a positive attitude.
Good attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

Commitment:
