About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Partner who can help us identify potential clients, start conversations and generate qualified opportunities.
This is a performance-based opportunity, ideal for someone who already has experience in sales, business development, agency sales, freelancing or client acquisition.

What you'll do
Identify potential businesses that need design and digital services
Research and build targeted prospect lists
Reach prospects through LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels
Start meaningful conversations with decision-makers




Understand their business and design requirements
Qualify potential opportunities
Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Help convert qualified opportunities into paying clients
Maintain a simple pipeline of prospects and opportunities

Who we're looking for
Experience in sales, business development or client acquisition
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with LinkedIn and outbound prospecting
Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers
Experience selling creative, design, marketing, digital or technology services is a plus
International sales experience is a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Results-oriented mindset

Compensation
This is initially a commission-based role.
You earn when the business you generate converts into a paying client.
