We are seeking an experienced Azure OpenAI Architect/Developer with 10-15 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Azure OpenAI Services, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python-based AI application development. This role involves architecting scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solutions that help organizations accelerate innovation, automate business processes, and enhance customer experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications using Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search and vector-based retrieval systems.
- Build intelligent AI agents and workflow orchestration solutions using LangChain, Semantic Kernel,



and modern agent frameworks.
- Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications for AI-powered platforms.
- Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve AI model performance and response quality.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing AI solution architectures.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, business systems, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.
- Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and deployment strategies for AI applications.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership on AI and cloud-native technologies.
