Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and driven Supervisor, Business Process Operations to join our Business Process Operations team. In this role,



you will be responsible for managing large-scale customer accounts, overseeing complex digitization operations across client sites and Iron Mountain India facilities, and supervising a high-performing ground delivery team.
You will join a dynamic, cooperative team serving as the essential bridge between Key Account Managers and ground operations to ensure best-in-class service delivery, optimized workflows, and strict adherence to project timelines.
What You’ll Do

Manage Large-Scale Digitization Operations: Oversee complex end-to-end scanning, metadata, and document management operations, establishing optimized operating plans and conducting Proof of Concept testing to achieve productivity and financial goals.
