RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

* •Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for WTG components such as
castings, forgings, fabricated assemblies, electrical systems, and BoP items.
* •Drive sourcing decisions based on cost, capability, lead time, and quality
parameters.
* •Support localisation strategies in alignment with business goals and
government policies.

2. Techno-Commercial Evaluation

* •Conduct technical and commercial analysis of RFQs, proposals, and supplier
quotations.
* •Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to define
specifications and ensure technical compliance.
* •Recommend optimal sourcing and negotiation strategies based on cost
breakdowns, manufacturing processes, and market intelligence.

3. Negotiation & Contract Management

* •Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules,
and contract conditions.
* •Prepare and manage long-term agreements (LTA), rate contracts, and purchase
orders.
* •Mitigate procurement risks through robust contract terms and performance
monitoring.

Supplier Management

* •Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance performance,
innovation, and reliability.
* •Drive supplier audits, performance reviews, and capability assessments.
* •Resolve supply chain bottlenecks, quality issues, and delivery challenges in
coordination with cross-functional teams.

5. Cost Management & Optimization

* •Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering exercises.
* •Track market trends, commodity pricing, and procurement KPIs to support
decision-making.
* •Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

* •Work closely with engineering, planning, logistics, finance, and
manufacturing teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
* •Support recent product development and prototype builds through effective
vendor coordination.
