Manage end-to-end Dangerous Goods (DG) booking activities and approvals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IMDG regulations, and customer requirements.
Resolve complex operational issues and booking discrepancies.
Support Customer’s DG bookings and provide timely operational guidance.
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor operational performance and ensure quality deliverables.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
