Reporting to the Vice President, Country Secretarial & Corporate Services Operations, this full-time and permanent position is based in Andheri, Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate Services and its’ growth.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate incorporation and post incorporation compliances of Company and LLPs for clients
Convening and organising Board Meetings / Shareholder meetings for client & Vistra entities
Efficiently and effectively preparing and finalizing Agenda, Notes to Agenda, Minutes of Board, General and various Committee Meetings for client entities
Follow up on actions arising out of Board & Committee Meetings
Liasoning with Foreign Directors, Auditors and other internal teams for completion of assigned task
Tracking Compliances through the Compliance Calendar and ensuring completeness as per the stipulated timelines
Ensuring compliance to all rules and regulations of ROC including various annual filings and representations
Handling debt compliances, SEBI (LODR) filings, corporate restructuring and the RBI related requirements (FLA, FC-GPR, DI, FC-TRS etc)
Maintenance of statutory books and registers under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder
Assisting in obtaining ISIN, PAN and Demat Account Opening for foreign body corporates and ensuring compliance under Compani
