Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Business Generation
• Source gold loan business through walk-ins, local references, and field
activities
• Achieve monthly disbursement and portfolio growth targets
• Generate leads through referrals and cross-sell financial products
(insurance, loans, etc.)
2. Gold Appraisal & Loan Processing
• Conduct gold valuation (purity testing, weight verification) as per company
standards
• Process loan applications including documentation, KYC verification, and
data entry
• Ensure accurate loan disbursement, renewal, and closure within TAT
• Counsel customers on eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms
3. Customer Relationship & Service
• Handle customer queries (walk-in, phone, email) and provide product
guidance
• Build robust customer relationships to drive repeat business and retention
• Conduct follow-ups for renewals, collections, and overdue cases
4. Branch Operations & Cash Handling
• Manage cash transactions and ensure adherence to cash handling guidelines
• Support maintenance of branch records, daily MIS, and system data




• Assist in gold packet handling, tagging, and storage processes
5. Compliance & Audit Support
• Ensure adherence to KYC norms and internal policies for all transactions
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all loans
• Support internal/external audits and ensure zero deviations
6. Market Outreach & Local Engagement
• Conduct local marketing activities, roadshows, and campaigns
• Build relationships with local influencers, jewelers, and connectors
• Track competitor offerings and gold price trends
