Responsibilities

Job requirements:

Clinical and product sales’ training.
Identify, build and communicate product value propositions that can be related to by the clinicians. Direct field sales exposure on regular basis.
Support commercial team to retain/acquire large NBS customers and competition users through joint field workings to understand customer needs and to curate customized solution offerings of T&E.;
KOL Management: Identify, recruit and build relationships with KOLs in the assigned geography.
T&E;: Plan and execute training and education programs in the assigned geography; build and report participants’ database and assist in business tracking in sync with commercial team.
Actively assist upgradation of training materials on need basis for UEP, CIP and other courses. Complete document
