Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Handle volume hiring and build solid talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
Recruit for global roles across diverse functions such as Sales, Finance, IT, Operations and Corporate Support.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS.
Track market trends, talent availability and compensation benchmarks.




Ensure a positive candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Candidate Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
6–8 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience in volume hiring and global recruitment.
Proven exposure to hiring across multiple functions, including Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
