Role Description The Senior Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for transforming complex data into clear insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the university. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources, building dashboards and reports,



and performing statistical and predictive analyses to identify trends and measure performance to collating data to be presented in the VC Office. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative units to define data requirements, translate business questions into analytical frameworks, and present findings in a transparent, actionable format. The Senior Data Analyst is also expected to contribute to data governance practices, mentor junior analysts, and support the adoption of AI-driven analytics solutions.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Data Analytics and Analytical Skills, with experience applying quantitative methods to real-world institutional or business problems.
Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling, including the ability to design models, test hypotheses, and interpret statistical outputs.
