Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, dynamic,



and results‑driven RTR skilled with over 12 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent people‑management skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver high‑quality financial outcomes aligned with business needs.
This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and business partners, particularly during critical close cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a large RTR team, with prior experience managing teams of at least 20 members.
Own and drive end‑to‑end Record to Report / Financial Accounting & Reporting (F&A;) processes.
Ensure timely and accurate month‑end close (MEC), including journals, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Handle internal and external audits effectively, addressing audit requirements and queries.
