About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the Global Operations team under the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization for a 2027 summer internship.

In this role, you will:
Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:
6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:




Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree with min 16 years of formal education in the following majors: Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Management or related business field with an expected graduation completion date between March 2028 – August 2028
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service by identifying operational needs, evaluating business processes, and contributing to solutions that drive meaningful client and business impact.
Demonstrated ability to execute with a bias for action by supporting process and project delivery, contributing to day-to-day operations, and driving operational excellence through robust process management and an enterprise mindset.
