Integra Global Solutions is seeking a VP of Accounting skilled to manage the
accounting and finance function for a US client and work closely with the CFO and senior
management.
Key Responsibilities
 Oversee US accounting, month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, and audits.
 Manage US GAAP, P& L, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations, intercompany,
multicurrency, and consolidation.
 Lead financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
 Strengthen controls, processes, ERP systems, and automation.
 Lead and mentor the accounting team and resolve complex accounting issues.
Requirements
 10+ years of senior accounting/finance experience with strong US GAAP knowledge.
 Proven experience in financial reporting, complex reconciliations, intercompany, and
multicurrency accounting.
 Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 Experience working with US CFOs/senior management.
 CPA/CA/CMA and Net Suite/Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
