Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing State Head – Loan Against Property (LAP) to lead and expand our secured lending business across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, a proven track record in building and scaling LAP portfolios, and solid leadership capabilities. This role is responsible for driving business growth, developing distribution channels, managing sales teams, and ensuring high-quality portfolio performance.

Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase market share and profitability .
