MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information
Systems, Computer Science or related technical field.
* Experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
* Ability to communicate in English fluently to actively participate in
technical discussions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience programming in Java, Python or C++.
* Experience in systems software or algorithms as well as in SQL, Spring, API
development, Web Services (RESTful, SOAP), JavaScript or Typescript.
* Available to work full time for a minimum of 10-12 weeks outside of
university term time.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As an Applications Engineering Intern, you will play a key role in developing,
deploying and supporting Google’s internal business applications. You will be
tasked with solving various problems over time. When the situation calls for it,
you will be part of a team that implements vendor sourced enterprise software,
configuring that software, customizing it, and integrating with other internal
systems. Other times,



you will be primarily tasked with creating custom-built
software.
