We're hiring: Full time Marketing Manager | Namaste Global | Noida (Hybrid)

Namaste Global is looking for a Marketing Manager who owns performance, not just content.
This is a paid media and marketing automation role at its core. You'll run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, build automated lead nurturing workflows, and make sure data actually flows between your website, CRM, and automation tools. Brand voice and content matter too, but the job starts with numbers, not just narrative.

What you'll own:
Paid campaign strategy, budget, and performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS)
Marketing automation workflows and lead scoring.
Brand content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta, written by a human, for humans.
Proficiency in video editing, website optimization, and campaign management
Turning performance data into the next actual decision, not just a report.
Optimize web presence and amplify our brand narrative.

What we're looking for:
5+ years running paid campaigns with real budget ownership




Lead and execute a global digital marketing strategy by Creating powerful content like videos, visuals, carousels, podcasts, and stories. Drive growth across social media platforms.
Use AI-powered insights to strengthen digital engagement.
Hands-on experience building workflows in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar)
Strong copywriting, with work you can actually show us
Comfort reading performance data and knowing what to change next

If you've been the person setting the campaign strategy, not just executing someone else's plan, this role gives you that seat.

Based out of our Noida office, hybrid schedule, with exposure to international projects across tech, life sciences, and business expansion.
