About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Whatworks, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns for our clients.
You will work across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms,



with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, and return on advertising spend.
You will also collaborate with our creative, content, SEO, branding, and strategy teams to build campaigns that combine strong creative ideas with measurable performance.
This is a hands-on role where you will have the prospect to work across different industries, campaigns, audiences, and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Develop paid marketing strategies based on client objectives and target audiences.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for better performance.
Monitor key metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
Conduct audience, competitor, and keyword research.
Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and campaign structures.
