About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Pune and Mumbai. In this role, you will provide robust in office technical support to our local users, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices on-site.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and standard enterprise software applications.
Handle user account provisioning, password resets, and hardware/software onboarding for new hires.




Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, VPN, and local area network issues.
Log, track, and resolve all service requests and incidents using the company ticketing system within established SLAs.
Escalate complex infrastructure or network issues to specialized senior teams in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventories across the office locations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional support delivery.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong technical proficiency in Windows operating systems, hardware diagnostics, and desktop troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Previous experience in a desktop support or technical help desk role is preferred.
