About the role:
We are looking for a Video Editor to create high-performing brand videos and paid social video ads for Persist Ventures.



This role is focused almost entirely on editing performance marketing creative that drives purchases, improves ad performance, and helps scale spend.
This is more than a traditional editing role. Your creative work will have a direct and measurable impact on business performance, with significant opportunities for growth, ownership, and additional earnings based on the performance of the ads you create.

Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form and short-form videos from raw footage through final delivery.
Work with producers and editors to shape story structure, pacing, context, and visual flow.
Select and edit footage, soundbites, music, graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design.
Create platform-specific versions in different formats, durations, and aspect ratios.
Follow the brand’s editorial voice, visual identity, and quality standards.
Use approved assets and maintain correct attribution.
Manage feedback and revisions while delivering accurate, polished work on sc
