We are seeking a seasoned leader to build and lead the Tech Strategy & Enablement (TS&E;) organization at our Global Capability Center in India.

This leadership role will provide strategic direction and oversight for a growing organization supporting enterprise technology capabilities across the company. The leader will partner closely with U.S.-based CIO and senior IT leadership to align on priorities, operating models, and delivery outcomes, while establishing a solid, scalable foundation in India to support long-term growth.

The role requires a strong combination of enterprise leadership, technology strategy, operational excellence, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will drive alignment across teams, enable consistent execution,



and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Technology Delivery

Partner closely with TS&E; leaders to align on technology priorities and enable adoption in India
Provide strategic oversight and leadership across a broad portfolio of enterprise technology capabilities supported by TS&E;
Establish and evolve operating models to enable consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery across the organization
Drive alignment across teams to ensure transparency, predictability, and delivery against business objectives enabling adoption of enterprise metrics
Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern engineering and delivery practices in everything we do
Ensure effective leadership across platforms owned by TS&E; (Elle, Rally, Apptio, Clarity)
