Role Overview

We are looking for an Event Manager who can take complete ownership of events from sponsorship acquisition and planning to production and successful event execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong event management, sponsorship, stakeholder management, leadership, and execution skills and should be comfortable managing multiple teams and deadlines in a fast-paced B2B events environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship & Business Development




- Identify and approach potential sponsors for B2B corporate events.
- Drive sponsorship sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with sponsors and corporate stakeholders.
- Understand sponsor requirements and create suitable event partnership opportunities.
- Manage sponsor communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
- Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are successfully fulfilled.

End-to-End Event Management
- Take ownership of events from planning to execution and post-event closure.
- Develop event timelines, action plans, task allocations, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Sales, Marketing, Delegate Acquisition, and Operations.
- Ensure all event milestones and deadlines are met.
- Identify potential execution risks and proactively resolve issues.
