We're hiring: Digital Growth Lead — Karma Ventures

We're looking for one person to help build the digital growth engine across Karma.
Karma Workspaces is part of the broader Karma Ventures group, and we're using our existing
community to help us find the right person to join us.
I'm looking for someone to take ownership of the digital growth journey at Karma Ventures.

Karma is building a portfolio of real-estate businesses across Gujarat — industrial & logistics,
workspaces, commercial real estate and current development opportunities. The role will work
across Karma Ventures and its businesses, including KLIP and Karma Workspaces.

This is not a traditional digital marketing or social media role.

I'm looking for someone who can understand a business deeply, think commercially, build the
digital strategy, work with our existing SEO / website / content partners, generate meaningful
business opportunities, use data to understand what is working, and increasingly use AI and
automation to make the whole system better.





There are two parts of the role that are particularly important to me:

1. Make organic digital growth work.
Build our SEO and organic search presence so that the right businesses and decision-makers
discover us. Use content where it has a clear purpose — across our website, Instagram,
LinkedIn and other relevant channels — not simply to keep social media active. This also
includes supporting Karma Ventures' digital presence and my own LinkedIn strategy and
outreach — my voice stays personal; your role is to help make that presence more strategic and
effective.

2. Create opportunities directly.
Identify relevant companies and decision-makers, build targeted prospect lists, reach out through
thoughtful, targeted personal outreach and other digital channels, develop relationships and turn
those conversations into genuine business opportunities.
