Sales Coordinator – Ahmedabad

Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Process orders and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Track deliveries, payments, and order status.
- Maintain sales records and CRM data.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales team.
- Prepare basic sales reports for management.
- Resolve customer and shipment-related issues.

Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Sales/inside sales experience preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Packaging/manufacturing experience is an advantage.
