About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 2-month paid remote internship.

The selected candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Search for potential candidates through various platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.

Communicate with candidates professionally.

Maintain candidate and recruitment records.

Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.





Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support HR documentation and reporting.

Coordinate with interns and team members.

Assist the HR team with daily activities.
Requirements
Students, freshers, and recent graduates can apply.
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office.

Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
